Life Key – Mother of Pearl

I’ve made a new essence bringing the whole of the Life Key Essences series into a cohesive whole. This essence is a combination of 8 essences – The Elixir of Life, Peace, The Initiate, Shine and Yin, Yang, Redemption and Memory. This essence sits with Mother of Pearl – all colour.

And now we begin…

All has united and connected with source.  Balance between the realms is yours.  This key of connection and sustenance will allow for your new beginning, releasing the old world and embracing the new.  Much time, learning and healing has brought you to this place, and now, with flow connected to source and to mother earth through the bridge of the heartspace, you can step into your unified being with a relaxed confidence in your hard won direction. 

I’ve been taking the essence for a number of days now and I am now getting new insight to issues that I’ve been unable to shift for some time. I now see that I’ve been holding onto old ways of being, of doing work that I see as being “valued” by society instead of doing my own work in depth. Some part of me has always held back from fully embracing my work due to extreme fear. I feel that I’m now stepping out of this pattern into a new future.

Spirit Essence and a Sore Throat

Last week I started to get a cold and I nurtured myself with vitamins and homeopathics and herbal teas, but my throat was still sore.  Eventually it dawned on me to look to my own remedies for a solution.  So I took the Spirit essence for the throat chakra. My sore throat disappeared very quickly and the heaviness in my head dissipated – I felt quite different.

The throat chakra is where much of our creativity sits and here we find our voice to share our own creations with the world.  For a lot of us the idea of sharing our creativity, our inner world, can be a terrifying prospect.  We can bring ourselves down with a variety of negative mantras – “who am I to be doing this”, “I’m just crazy” or “everyone will think I’m crazy” – an endless list of internal abuse that keeps us in our stuck place.

On reflection I realised that my cold had started after I had begun to write a course about my essences. To present my work in this way had clearly awakened the old fears and doubts about sharing my creativity with the world and these fears had moved to the physical very quickly.  Doing my work is fine, but communicating, expressing my internal world, my creation in a new way pushed buttons.

Anodea Judith in her book Wheels of Life says that “survival and health in the twenty-first century will require innovation and flexibility.  Creativity is the key to unlocking these qualities.  We must honor it in ourselves and in each other.  We must honour the means which make it possible and protect ourselves from those phenomena which threaten to shut down this basic life force.”

We would all benefit from changing our negative mantras to positive ones and this simple change can help to break the patterns of the past and open us to a brighter, more creatively expressive future.

 

Knee Chakras and The Peach Colour Ray

Recently I completed a step in my work which was mapping my essences to the Peace Space Colour Rays.  While the initial job of mapping the essences was completed very quickly, I have been procrastinating ever since about putting the colours onto the website and doing all the other tasks that this shift in my work requires.

And then my right knee became sore.  The knee chakras are about moving forward on your path with joy and the Calm essence helps with this momentum by helping us to move into our still centre, so that we can move forward calmly, with a lightness of spirit and an open heart.  The Peach Colour Ray adds another dimension to this understanding as the Ray of Psychic Bliss and the Beauty of Blossoming the Future.  Peach helps us to embrace life no matter what, to take only the positive with us into the future and to let go and let God.  With Peach we can go with the flow because we have stepped into our still centre.

Today I have added the colour rays to my essence descriptions – just a note at the bottom of the page that states the colour and it’s broad purpose.  But what strikes me as I write this is how the essence and the colour work together so well and I wonder why I have delayed so long in this simple task.  And Peach also answers this – “Peach is … the giver of palliative care – to all that are dying to the forms and ways of the redundant past”.  And we struggle to let go of our tired old ways of being, of the restrictions we place on ourselves that hold us in the past.  But if we can let go, we can move into a future that is more than we could have imagined.

Calm essence and Peach, great partners in maintaining our momentum in the world, by taking us to the still point of total surrender.

Finally it’s Spring and I can replenish my flower essence stock.

Carefree Essence

Carefree Essence soaking up the sunshine

  • Freedom from Fear
  • Stream of Life

The Carefree essence helps to set free the core of the self when expression has been stunted, stifled or suppressed.  The feeling is one of being frozen, the flow of self into the stream of life is held back.  Strangely, once this frozen feeling is released, we do not quite know what to do with our new found freedom.  The sense of being carefree is so unfamiliar that we feel empty.  No longer weighed down by our fears we don’t quite recognise the new reality as a positive.  Actually our ease of movement through life now will allow us to move to new depths of being and understanding, as fear is no longer blocking our way.  We are no longer held captive to attitudes, beliefs or any of the other fear-based limitations that have held us back in the past.  This change takes time to assimilate.  Give it time, time to settle and diffuse, time to relax into the sensation of flow.  Because this is what being carefree is – relaxing into the self.

New Essence for Peace

This protection essence has been created to clear, protect and inspire. Its deep action will clear negativity, heaviness, and the emotional effects of trauma from the body and spirit. It strengthens at the soul level to provide a stronger foundation, building greater resistance to any negativity in the environment (geopathic or astral). It helps the user maintain a greater level of clarity leading to a more balanced way of being. From this balanced state life becomes easier and one’s purpose can be pursued with greater ease. This essence is designed to facilitate our movement into the new, combining the crystalline structure of the clear quartz merkaba with the hope and positivity of orange blossom.  Shine encourages us to take a leap of faith through the portal of the new and close the door on the heavy darkness of the past.  It helps us to look forward rather than back, allowing us to fully embrace the new energy.

My step through the portal shows a lighter world with a star like energy.  Here in the new we can begin to express ourselves without the baggage of the past weighing us down and keeping us low.  We can rise now to be our best selves, our most creative.  We can finally express our souls in a deeply genuine way, moving beyond those constraints that have held us back and held us down.  The new holds a greater sense of freedom than we have experienced before.
